OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT THAT INCLUDES GRANTS OF RIGHTS AND INDEMNITIES TO SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND
REMEDIES.

1. Sponsors

The INVIZ Anniversary Collection Giveaway
(“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Invisible
Narratives, Inc. d/b/a INVIZ (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administrated by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform where it may appear or other entity other
than Sponsor. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no other
entity shall have any liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Giveaway, and each Entrant releases such entities from any and all liability in relation to their Giveaway participation.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to consumers who are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia; but excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island and other jurisdictions where filing a bond or other registration conditions are
required) (“Jurisdictions”), who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state, or jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry
and are physically located in one of the above-referenced Jurisdictions (“Entrant”). Proof of residency and age may be required. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any Jurisdiction that applies to you.
You acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding your obligation in the prior
sentence, that Sponsor may also disqualify you from the Giveaway at any time,
including after the initial selection of the winner if such purported winner is
later determined to not be eligible for the Giveaway. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY
LAW.

All Sponsor employees, managers, directors, advertising and promotion agencies, legal advisors and their respective immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse). or members of the households of such parties (those who have lived in the same household for at least three of the 12 months preceding the applicable Giveaway
Period) (“Sponsor Parties”) are not eligible for the Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and that the decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects regarding these Giveaway. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation in the Giveaway
constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules
and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related
to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements, as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify
eligibility of winners.

3. Entry Period

Giveaway begins on February
12, 2026 at the time when Sponsor creates and publishes a post under
the account on Instagram (“Social Media
Post”) and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on February 15, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.  The winners will be chosen on February 16,
2026.

4. How to Enter

Giveaway participation requires (i) access to the internet and (ii) a valid account on Instagram. It is free to create an account on
Instagram, and any standard internet connection is sufficient. Internet access,
phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or mobile service provider(s)
may apply; no further charges will be imposed during participation.

To enter the Giveaway, complete the following
steps during the Entry Period:

●     Locate the applicable Social
Media Post on the @INVIZ page;

●     “Follow” @skibiditoiletshop

●     Leave a comment in the “comment” section answering one of the following questions:

Alternate Mode of Entry (AMOE):
You may also enter this Giveaway by sending an e-mail with your Name, Address, Phone
Number and Age ( all to be used solely for qualification purposes and to send
you the Prize if you are the winner) with the subject line “INVIZ Anniversary
Giveaway” to Hello@invisiblenarratives.com  (“AMOE”)

 Upon completion of the
above required steps, Entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Giveaway. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON.
ADDITIONAL ENTRIES SUBMITTED
IN EXCESS OF THIS LIMITATION BY THE SAME PERSON WILL
BE DISQUALIFIED.

By submitting an Entry,
you agree that Sponsor or its designees may contact you via direct
message on Instagram and/or
tag you on Sponsor’s Instagram page.

Entries must be
submitted by Entrant. Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties
will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the
stated number of Entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms,
registrations, email addresses, login, or any other methods will void that Entry, and Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Multiple Entrants are
not permitted to share the same Instagram account. In the event of a dispute as to
the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Instagram
handle used to enter the Giveaway will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned a social media handle by Instagram. Sponsor, at its discretion, may require
a potential winner to show proof of being the authorized account holder or forfeit the
prize. If a dispute cannot be resolved to
Sponsor’s reasonable satisfaction, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive
Instagram handle will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

All information or steps required by these Official Rules must be completed and provided to be eligible. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and
will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late,
incomplete, damaged, misdirected, misplaced, stolen, tampered with, deleted, illegible, or invalid Entries;
(ii) any expenses incurred in the creation and submission of any Entry; or (iii) lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s
computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors
or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be
deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

Entries, comments, and
any other content submitted or uploaded to any social media site or other public site in connection with the Giveaway
(“Content Submissions”) may not contain,
depict, or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene; (ii) promotes
any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political
agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first
names are permitted), e-mail or street addresses for any person, or otherwise
infringes on the privacy of any person other than an Entrant; (v) communicates
messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and goodwill of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vii) violates any law. Any Content Submissions that contain such content will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any Content Submission that it believes is inappropriate, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Giveaway.

5. Selection of winner

On February 16, 2026, Sponsor
(or Sponsor’s designee) will randomly select the name of THREE (3) winners who
will win one or more of the following Prizes below in a random drawing from
among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of
winning are based on the number of eligible Entries received.

Sponsor will contact
the winner at their Instagram handle via direct message and/or comment promptly
 following the drawing (“Notification”)
but likely within seven (7) days. It is an Entrant’s responsibility to monitor
their Instagram account to see if they are a Potential Prize winner. Sponsor is
not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged,
intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If, for
any reason, more than three (3) Prize Notifications are sent (or more claims
are received), Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize through a random
drawing from among all eligible Prize claims received. The winner may be
required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and
Liability/Publicity Release or other documents that Sponsor deems necessary to
confirm eligibility and, unless prohibited by law, obtain a liability/publicity
release.

THE POTENTIAL PRIZE
WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND
BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. THE POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS ARE
NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THEIR ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED,
AND THE POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

6. Prizes and Restrictions

The winners, after
confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, will
receive one or more the following branded items: T-shirt, tote bag, hoodie,
sticker sheet, pair of socks, beanie, poster, and/or one gaming item (number of
items, styles and actual merchandise from the INVIZ Anniversary Collection to
be selected by Sponsor) (collectively, the “Prize”). Only three (3)
winners will be drawn to win one or more of the above Prizes. The odds of
winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the
Giveaway Period. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER WINNER.

The winner shall be
solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state and
local taxes for any Prize won. As the value of the prize exceeds $600 USD,
Sponsor must report the value to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”)
and will issue
an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner(s) for the value
of the prize received. The winner
will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9. Failure to submit a
completed Form W-9 will result in forfeiture of the Prize. The Sponsor Entities
will not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any
reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver the
Prize, the Prize may not be re-awarded.

All other costs and
expenses not expressly set forth herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Each winner must take delivery of the Prize within seven (7) days of notice of
availability of the Prize from Sponsor. 
The winners must provide a location address to Sponsor for shipping of
the Prize. Such Prize transmission method may be suggested by the potential
winner, but the ultimate prize transmission method will be selected by Sponsor
in its sole discretion. The winners must take
delivery of the Prize at a location and time of Sponsor’s sole choosing.

To the maximum extent
permissible by law, neither Sponsor, nor the manufacturer, has made, nor is
responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express
or implied, in fact or law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to
its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness (for prizes that are merchandise,
goods or services). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Prize may include the
manufacturer’s standard limited warranty, if any. The Prize may differ from
what is depicted in Giveaway advertising. Sponsor reserves the right to delay
delivery of the Prize or substitute a Prize similar of equal or greater value
should the Prize as described be unavailable for any reason. Except as
specifically provided herein, the Prize cannot be substituted, assigned,
transferred, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize
or components thereof. 

Depending on the number
of items in the winner’s Prize the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the
Prize is $95 to $150. Any difference between actual retail value of the Prize
and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. The actual value of any Prize
awarded may be taxable as income, and all applicable local, state and federal
taxes related to the acceptance and/or use of prize shall be the sole responsibility
of the winners. Where applicable, winners may be required to provide Sponsor
with a valid social security number, tax identification
number, or equivalent information, as required by applicable law in winner’s
Jurisdiction of residence, for tax reporting purposes before the Prize will be
awarded. The Prize cannot
be used in conjunction with
any other promotion or offer.

All Prize details not
specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and
absolute discretion. Prize details are subject to change, and Sponsor will
provide Entrants with reasonable notice of any change to the prize details. An unclaimed
Prize will be forfeited.

7. General Conditions

This Giveaway is
governed by the laws of the United States. Subject to reasonable prior notice
to Entrants, Sponsor reserves the right
to cancel, suspend,
and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if
any fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s
reasonable control impairs
the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these
Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. WARNING

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN
ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE
THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry
process, any website or account associated with the Giveaway, and/or the legitimate operation of the
Giveaway; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike
or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable
of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any
suspect Entries and (a) subject to reasonable prior notice to Entrants, modify the Giveaway or suspend the
Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway
in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b)
award the Prize at random from among the eligible,
non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; RELEASES;
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By participating in
this Giveaway, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public
relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers,
web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are, to the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or
inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2)
technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to
malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network
hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the
entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in
the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to
persons or property which may be caused,
directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway
or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED
BY LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED
PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY
ENTRANT AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL
INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE,
POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF A PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR IN ANY GIVEAWAY-RELATED ACTIVITY,
OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS,
DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, OR
MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE
CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL
DISASTERS, WEATHER, TERRORISM, OR ACTUAL OR THREATENED PUBLIC HEALTH CRISES
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PANDEMICS AND EPIDEMICS AND ANY GOVERNMENT
SHUTDOWNS OR RESTRICTIONS RELATED THERETO)BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY,
ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR
ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY
ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF
ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR
PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED
BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY CONSTITUTES WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH
GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST
OF SPONSOR), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT,
PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER
DEVELOPED, AT ANY TIME, EACH WINNER’S NAME, LIKENESS, SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLE, AND
BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES
WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.
NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE DEEMED TO OBLIGATE SPONSOR TO MAKE USE OF ANY
OF THE RIGHTS GRANTED HEREIN AND WINNERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE
ANY SUCH USE OF ANY AND EVERY NATURE AND KIND AND CONSENT TO ANY SUCH APPROPRIATE AND LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE
USE THEREOF.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE
FOREGOING, AND SUBJECT TO ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE GUARANTEES (DEFINED BELOW) EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS GIVEAWAY,
INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS
IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS
OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS
MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING
THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

10. Governing Law / Disputes

Except where prohibited by applicable law, and as otherwise set forth in this Section,
each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes,
claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or
any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California,
and the federal laws of the U.S. applicable therein.
The choice of law does not impact Entrants’
rights as a consumer according to the mandatory consumer
protection regulations in their Jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant hereby
accepts the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts within California with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this Giveaway and agrees not to
oppose any action brought in California on the basis that the courts of California are not an
appropriate or convenient forum for same; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall
be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred
(not to exceed $10 USD), but in no event attorneys’ fees; (iii) no punitive,
incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including, without
limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”), and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim
Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California
law, without reference to California’s choice of law rules, governs the Giveaway
and all aspects related hereto.

11. Privacy Policy

Information submitted
by or collected from Entrants in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to Sponsor’s privacy
policy, available at https://inviz.tv/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Giveaway, Entrant expressly consents to Sponsor,
their agents, and/or representatives, storing, sharing, and using the personal
information submitted only for the purposes described in these Official Rules,
including for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, and in accordance with
Sponsor’s privacy policy. It is necessary for and in the legitimate interest of
Sponsors to use Entrants’ personal data to perform obligations related to the
administration of this Giveaway.

12. Official Rules;

13. Miscellaneous

The invalidity or
unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any prize
acceptance documents shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other
provision. Should any provision of the
Official Rules be determined invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in
effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision
were not contained herein. To
the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants agree to waive any
rights to claim ambiguity of these
Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the
meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event of a
discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained
in any Giveaway-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on a Giveaway-related website
and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official
Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
